Once you're signed on, we book your onboarding session (included in Growth and Priority bundles). I get into your systems, understand what's running, what needs attention, and we set the first month's priorities together.

Each month: I work through the agreed priority list, we have our 30-min check-in, and you get a written summary of what was done. No wondering what you're paying for.

How hours work
Hours cover task delivery, builds, and implementation. The monthly check-in is separate and always free. Hours are used within the month - they don't roll over.
Bundles run month to month after the first month. No lock-in.
If something comes up that's outside the bundle scope - a new platform, a full rebuild, a launch that needs more - I'll flag it before starting and we'll agree a separate scope and price. You'll never get a surprise invoice.
