You’ve built your course. The content is solid. The idea is strong. But the sales just aren’t landing.

Here’s the truth:
It’s probably not your course that’s the problem – it’s everything around it.

When I work with clients who are launching (or relaunching) and things aren’t converting, we don’t start by reworking the content.

We start with this:

What to Check When Sales Are Slow:

Are your links and buttons working?
It sounds basic, but it’s one of the most common issues. A broken “Buy Now” button, a calendar link that’s expired, or a form that doesn’t submit can quietly kill your launch. Always test like you’re a potential client, with fresh eyes.

Are your automations actually firing?
Are your tags working? Is the nurture sequence sending? Are confirmation emails going out? One broken automation can mean a lead drops off without ever hearing from you again.

Does your email copy guide people to the sale?
Your welcome and launch emails should build trust, reinforce the value of your offer, and clearly point people to take action. If your email feels more like a newsletter than a sales tool, you’re missing the moment.

Is your sales page clearly selling?
If it’s just describing what the course includes, it’s not enough. Your sales page should speak to the transformation, not just the features. And your call to action should be clear, easy to find, and repeated throughout the page.

Is the customer journey easy to follow?
If someone finds you on Instagram, can they figure out what you do and how to buy? Is your funnel intuitive? If they get confused or hit a dead end, they’ll click away.

Here’s the good news:

You probably don’t need to rebuild everything.
You just need to tighten the system.

This is exactly what I do in my Tech Intensive – reviewing your funnel, testing everything, and making sure no click or connection is costing you leads.

Let’s catch the silent tech issues and missed sales opportunities before they impact your launch.

Step 4: Create Engaging Content

Content is king when it comes to online courses. High-quality, engaging lessons keep learners motivated and coming back for more.

Pro Tip: Keep it simple and conversational – just like you’re chatting with a friend. Use visuals, stories, and actionable takeaways to bring your lessons to life.
