Stop being the safety net for your own business.

That's where I come in.

I work with coaches and consultants scaling beyond 1:1 to take full ownership of their backend systems, platforms, automations and delivery.

The backend gets heavier as you grow. That's normal. Carrying it alone isn't.

Most businesses don’t start with complex systems. Things get set up as they're needed - a new offer, a new workflow, a new tool to support growth.

Over time, the backend becomes more layered. Platforms multiply. Processes evolve. Delivery relies on a combination of systems, people, and workarounds that once made sense, but now require regular attention to keep everything running smoothly.

Everything works. But you are holding it all together, spending more time overseeing operations than you ever intended.

You're not the problem. Your systems are.

You're not new to this. You have an offer that sells, clients who get results, and a business that's genuinely growing. But somewhere along the way, the backend stopped keeping up.

Delivery is heavier than it should be. Automations are patchy. Platforms don't talk to each other properly. And you're still the person everything quietly depends on, even when you're not supposed to be.

It's not a you problem. It's a systems problem. And it's exactly what I fix.

About Me

Before I started my business, I spent years as an Executive Assistant in corporate across London, Sydney and Brisbane, working at firms like Deloitte. I know what it looks like when operations actually run properly. And I know what it costs when they don't.

When I went out on my own, I started where many do, supporting businesses as a VA, getting pulled into whatever was needed. But the pattern was always the same. I wasn't being brought in for a specific tool. I was being brought in when a business was growing, and the backend couldn't keep up.

So I stopped positioning myself around platforms and leaned into the work that actually matters: building the infrastructure that lets a business scale without everything becoming manual, messy, and stressful.

I've built membership backends, lead magnet funnels, and multi-module course structures from scratch. I've taken founders from "I've been sitting on this idea for two years" to live, tested, and enrolling in a single day. I work primarily across Kajabi, Kartra, Ivorey.io, Teachable, Kit, MailerLite, Dubsado, and Zapier, plus more and I bring full ownership to every project, not just task completion.

This is a good fit if:

Your business is already established and selling. You're moving from 1:1 into group programs or memberships, and the backend needs to support that shift. Your systems are in place, but no one truly owns them day to day. You want someone reliable in your corner who just handles it, not another person you have to manage.

If that's where you're at, let's talk.
