VIP Days
What can we actually get done in a VIP Day?
A lot. The day is focused, strategic, and led by your priorities. Whether it's building a sales funnel, integrating a new platform, fixing broken automations, or setting up your course backend. I work through your high-priority tech tasks with you in real time.
Do I need to prep anything beforehand?
Yes – I'll send a pre-session form, so I know your goals and current setup. The more detail you give me, the more we can get done on the day. You'll also get a link to upload anything I might need, like logins, brand files, or copy drafts.
How long is a VIP Day?
It includes an up to 60-minute planning session before the day itself, plus 7 hours of focused delivery. The planning session is where we get clear on priorities so we're not wasting a minute of the day figuring out where to start.
What happens after the session?
You'll get 7 days of email support for follow-up questions or minor tweaks. If you need ongoing help beyond that, the Systems Retainer is the natural next step - it's how we keep the momentum going.
Systems Build
What platforms do you work with?
Kajabi, Ivorey.io, Kartra, Teachable, Thinkific, Podia, Circle, and Mighty Networks, and I pick up new platforms quickly. If you're not sure what to use, I can help you choose.
What's included in a Systems Build?
It depends on what you're building. A Systems Build could be a course or membership setup, a full backend infrastructure for a group programme, or an integration and automation overhaul. At minimum, I'll scope the full build with you upfront so you know exactly what's included before we start.
Do I need to have my content ready?
Yes, it doesn't need to be perfectly polished, but I do need your key assets before we build. For course or membership builds, that means videos, slides, PDFs, or copy drafts. If you're not there yet, a VIP Day is a good way to map it out first.
Do you write sales copy or create graphics?
That's outside the scope of a Systems Build, but I have trusted contacts I can refer you to. If you have your own team or contractors, I'm happy to collaborate with them directly.
How long does a Systems Build take?
Most builds take 2 to 3 weeks from the point I have everything I need. How quickly we move depends on how quickly assets and approvals come through on your end.
Will I know how to use the platform after you’ve built it?
Yes. I record walkthroughs and hand everything over with documentation, so you're not left wondering where anything lives or how anything works.
Systems Retainer
What does the Systems Retainer actually include?
It's your dedicated tech partner, every month. I handle updates, new builds, launches, tagging, backend cleanups, and platform tweaks, basically the ongoing tech work you shouldn't be spending your time on. We'll also do monthly planning so your systems are always moving forward with your business, not lagging behind it.
How does the time work?
You get 20 hours per month. I reserve that time in my calendar specifically for you, so you always have support when you need it.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, because I'm holding that time for you regardless; it doesn't roll over to the following month.
Is this like having a VA or OBM?
Not quite. I'm your tech partner. I handle implementation and strategy across platforms that most VAs and OBMs aren't trained on. The focus is on building and maintaining smart systems, not working through a task checklist.
What if I need more support during a launch?
We can either expand your hours temporarily for that period or slot in a VIP Day. You won't be left without support when it matters most.
General Questions
How do I get started?
Book a Free Clarity Call if you're not sure what you need. We'll figure it out together. If you already know what you're after, you can book directly into a VIP Day or Strategy Session.
What industries do you work with?
Mostly service providers, coaches and consultants, building online courses, memberships, or funnels. If you're delivering digital programmes or want to sell your expertise online, we're likely a good fit.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, on most offers over $1000. You’ll see the options at checkout or we can discuss it before your invoice is issued.
Where are you based?
I’m based on the Gold Coast, Australia – but I work with clients across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally.
Do you work weekends or after hours?
No – my hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2.30 pm AEST. I'm responsive during business hours and will always let you know if something urgent needs attention.
